Castle Builder was released by Rabcat in late 2012, but remained a fairly obscure title – known only to the initiated – until 2014 when Microgaming decided to include Castle Builder in their Quickfire platsform. Suddenly, Castle Builder was reaching a much bigger audience than before.
Castle Builder is set in a fantasy world where three kings rule over three kingdoms. At the start of the game, you are hired to build a castle for one of the princesses. If you succeed, you will be hired to do more jobs, and increase your earning potential.
To build castles, you need building material, and you obtain building materials by gathering them when they show up on the reels. In addition to standard building material, you can also obtain extra fancy building materials – in bronze, silver or gold. The more fancy stuff you put into a castle, the more valuable the castle becomes.
Once a castle is finnished, a princess will move in and start recieving suitors who are interested in marrying her and living with her in the beautiful castle. It’s good for you if she picks a rich husband, because he will reward you well for the castle.
The maximum number of castles you can build in Castle Builder is 30 (ten in each of the three kingdoms).

The higher the status level, the higher is the potential for really big wins. Generally speaking, a Master Builder will make more money than a Builder, and so on.
