Recycling is best way to be rid of old VGMs

By Rick Ask, Administrator,
Gambling Control Division

Do you have video gambling machines in your inventory you want to destroy?  Do you want to stop paying storage fees for old or obsolete machines you don’t intend to permit or can’t sell?
Rick Ask    If so, consider recycling them.
The Division has identified and licensed a company that will take those old machines and, for a reasonable fee, destroy them, including recycling the CRT monitors and electronics in an environmentally correct manner that is in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations.
The company is Tatooine Electronic Systems, Inc. While Tatooine is based in Cheyenne, Wyo., they have a collection point located in Billings.
In addition, if warranted on a case-by-case basis, they may send a truck into the state to collect machines directly from a source.
If you are interested in ridding yourself of burdensome old machines, call the Gambling Control Division, 406-444-1971, and ask for Diane Ridgeway or me.  We’ll provide you with a set of instructions on how to dispose of machines through Tatooine, or contact Tatooine directly by calling Brandon Fox at 406-861-4920, or visit their website  <http://www.tatooinebillings.com/index.html>.
Let’s clean out those inventories and reduce your storage costs.
