The Rosebud/Treasure Tavern Association recently announced its fourth quarter and year-end winners of its "Be A Designated Driver and Be A Winner" program.
Over the course of last year the association reports it had 86 designated drivers sign up for a chance to win a $500 yearly prize, or two $25 quarterly prizes given away through member taverns.
These 86 "designated drivers" safely drove home 390 responsible friends who enjoy adult entertainment, the tavern group said.
Forth quarter winners are Mary Ann Dana and Jim Fifield. Mary Ann won by signing up as a designated driver at Fitzgerald' Tavern in Forsyth. She won a $25 gift certificate to The Spring Creek Bar on Sarpy Creek Road.
Fifield was a "D.D." at the Spring Creek Bar and won a $25 gift certificate to the Bar and Hysham Hills Supper Club in Hysham.
The Rosebud/Treasure association's yearly grand prize of $500 was won by Kathy Newman of Forsyth who was a designated driver at Fitzgerald' Tavern in Forsyth.
"We at the Rosebud/Treasure Tavern Association would like to thank Tim Carson and all the gang at Summit Gaming for sponsoring the yearly grand prize," said Jim Walker of Jimbo's Junction Saloon.
"And the members of The Rosebud/Treasure Tavern Association and everyone at Summit Gaming would like to thank all of our Designated Drivers and remind everyone to "Drink Responsibly, Drive Responsibly.'"
