Grand Vision VGM is top of line

Pub Date: 5/1/2009

Grand Vision machine is top of line, state of art

   Just another gambling machine?

Well, no. The new GVG slant-top from Grand Vision Gaming offers a new level of gaming entertainment and excitement to players and, a company spokesman said, "should be a dream come true for operators and technicians."

This innovative new machine is unique in a number of aspects.

First, the design specifically targeted ergonomic comfort and has a commanding presence. It will likely draw any player’s attention the minute they walk in the door.

The dual LCD (liquid crystal display) screens will attract the curious customers and the players who are bored with the conventional cabinet designs currently available.

The graphics are unique and ground-breaking and will equal or surpass anything found in a Las Vegas Strip casino.

"The customer will truly feel as if they are in Vegas for the weekend," said Steve Arntzen, who is a partner in Grand Vision Gaming, LLC. "When players travel into the exclusive bonus rounds, we think they will be awed by the features that appear on both LCD interactive touch screens.”

"Rich sound effects and voices enhance the playing experience and delight the senses," said GVG partner Heidi Schmalz. "The keno and poker games are not only enjoyable to play but also offer amusing characters and serious fun for every type of player."

Players will find the "cute and lovable" bear and raccoon of Keno Falls; Triple Ball Keno features a "space blaster with attitude;" the dramatic presentation of Power Nova will give players an “out-of-this-world” sensation that should delight. Players can rock out in Keno Party with the party of their choice.

Poker players will have the chance to double their bonus winnings with the first Double-Up Deuces poker game in Montana.

No need to travel to Nevada when there’s the five-coin Double- Double Quarter Poker right here in Montana. And last, but definitely not least, Competition Poker allows players to play against themselves or friends in this friendly card-playing contest.

Perhaps the most original play feature of the GVG slant is the Banker Bonus event. This bonus awards players promotional credits that must be played through the GVG device.

With Banker’s Bonus, operators will find a solution for increasing revenue while building player loyalty and seat-time.

To add to the unique qualities of this device, GVG has also incorporated the first ever timed “game reserve” feature which allows the player to reserve their machine on the screen while they step away for a moment as long as they have credits remaining.

"This will surely come in handy when the smoking ban takes effect," said Tim Carson, another of the partners at GVG. "Other items such as two purse hooks, the embedded drink holder and the large comfortable chair were all designed in to enhance the player experience."

Merle Frank, a partner in, and operations manager for, Grand Vision Gaming said the GVG Slant "is cleverly equipped with LED lighting throughout the machine which means no more light bulbs or starters. This machine has been designed with gaming technicians in mind to make their jobs easier and more efficient.

"GVG has taken into consideration the difficulties faced in servicing other cabinets and has come up with several features that should make maintenance a breeze," Frank said. "Conveniently located dedicated doors for both the bill acceptor and printer allow easy access for service and maintenance, making it unique to our cabinets.

"The PayCheck 4 thermal printer is painless to service and includes jam resistant bezels, easy access to the paper path, and prints a ticket in just 2.2 seconds," he said. "No more worrying about audit rolls! The UBA 24 Upstacker uses the latest up-to-date technology and reduces bill jams while allowing players to insert bills in any direction."

Overall, the GVG Slant gaming system may come to be regarded as the Cadillac of gaming machines in Montana and apparently will raise the bar for the future of gaming machine design and manufacturing, as well as customer play and daily earning potential.
